Our 2-year, Melbourne based, graduate program will be for engineering graduates and has been developed to support you in the early stages of your professional journey and provide you with the essential skills needed for a successful career. It is designed to provide you the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of business areas throughout Tilt Renewables and hopefully tilt your career towards the breadth of roles within the renewables energy industry.

What do I need to be eligible for the program?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or double degree in Engineering and another related discipline e.g commerce, finance, law or science;
  • You have completed your degree in 2023 or are due to complete in 2024; and
  • Must have the right to work in Australia for a minimum of two years from the commencement of the graduate program.

Process:

  1. Application: Apply via this link.
  2. Video Assessment: If successful, you will then be asked to complete a video assessment.
  3. Online interview with People & Culture: If successful, you will be contacted by a member of our People and Culture team, for an initial Microsoft Teams interview.
  4. Face to face interview: The final stage, if successful, is a formal interview with two managers from Tilt Renewables.
  5. Pre employment check: 2x reference checks and police check
  6. Offer stage.

Frequently asked question

Can I still apply if I miss the cutoff date?

Unfortunately, we will not be accepting applications once they close on 10 May 2024.

I have a visa that allows me to work for 18 months, can I still apply?
Unfortunately as the program is two years in duration, we will not open to sponsorship for the graduate program at this time.

When does the program commence?

Graduates will commence in February 2025.

When will offers be made?

Offers will be made by the end of July 2024.

What area of Tilt will I work in and how will my placement be determined?

Applicant business area preferences will be used to help determine placement.
