Closing date for Director Nominations
Tilt Renewables Limited (Tilt Renewables) will hold its Annual Meeting of shareholders on 28th August 2018 in Wellington. Further details of the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Annual Meeting which will be issued in due course.
In accordance with NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5 Tilt Renewables advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 26th June 2018. The closing date for director nominations is Tuesday 10 th July 2018 at 5pm.
Nominations must be made by an existing Tilt Renewables shareholder able to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
Nominations should be forwarded to the Company Secretary and should include a brief resume of the nominee and be signed by both the proposing shareholder and the nominee.
