Catherine is a highly experienced corporate lawyer and governance professional, with more than 20 years’ experience working in the energy sector. She has worked on the development of major energy projects, in addition to advising on legal matters relating to operational assets and mergers and acquisitions.
Catherine joined Tilt Renewables as General Counsel and Company Secretary in November 2022 and is responsible for the delivery of legal services, land contract administration and the management of company secretarial activities within the Tilt Renewables Group.
Prior to joining Tilt Renewables, Catherine held senior positions at SNC-Lavalin, Viva Energy Australia and Royal Dutch Shell. Catherine has a Master of Laws, a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Melbourne.
