Kathy is a Corporate Services professional with 18 years executive experience, 15 of which have been in the renewables space. Kathy joined Tilt Renewables in February 2024 to lead the People, Sustainability, Brand and Marketing functions for Tilt Renewables in the role of Executive General Manager People and Experience.
In Kathy's previous executive roles, she has led a variety of corporate services functions including People, Safety, Governance, Risk and Compliance across Australia, Chile and Brazil for organisations such as South East Water and Pacific Hydro.
Kathy holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin and a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
