Comparing the Approved and Varied Designs
Below is a series of photomontage comparisons between the Approved and Varied Projects. These photomontages were prepared from select viewpoints around the varied design to demonstrate the change in the landscape from key locations.
Note, comparisons have not been prepared for the approved turbines north of Angus Valley Road as we are proposing to remove the 35 approved northernmost turbines from the Project as part of the varied design.
The photomontages provide an indication and comparison of the potential visual effects that may result from the development of the turbines in the Varied Project for Palmer Wind Farm. The photomontages include vegetation, local landforms and buildings in the landscapes.
