Silverton Wind Farm
The Silverton Wind Farm generates up to 199 MW of renewable energy. That’s enough to power 98,000 homes annually.
The Silverton Wind Farm is located on the Mundi Mundi and Mount Robe Ranges, approximately five kilometres north of Silverton, 25 kilometres north-west of Broken Hill in NSW. The Project has 58 turbines capable of producing up to 199 MW.
Construction commenced on Silverton Wind Farm in 2017, with full operations beginning in 2020. Tilt Renewables took over operations of the Silverton Wind Farm from AGL in 2024.
