Kay Stuart

Kay was appointed to the Board of Tilt Renewables in November 2025.

Kay is currently an Executive Director of Energy Transition at the Future Fund and has 25 years’ experience in the infrastructure, power and utilities sector.

Prior to joining the Future Fund, Kay was a General Manager at the ASX-listed APA Group, where she spent almost 5 years in Corporate Development and Investments. Kay previously was a Managing Director in the Infrastructure M&A team at RBC Capital Markets.
