Kathy joined Tilt Renewables in February 2024 and leads the People, Health, Safety, Environment, Acceleration Hub, Brand and Marketing functions for Tilt Renewables in the role of Executive General Manager People and Safety.
In Kathy's previous executive roles, she has led a variety of corporate services functions including People, Safety, Governance, Risk and Compliance across Australia, Chile and Brazil for organisations such as South East Water and Pacific Hydro.
