Construction in the renewable energy sector creates hundreds of jobs on site and thousands of jobs in businesses that supply the project, directly or indirectly.
Construction and operation provides an economic boost for regional communities by increasing demand for local goods and services, such as accommodation, hotels, restaurants and cafes.

ICN Gateway
Connecting subcontractors and suppliers
To augment opportunities for local businesses, the Rye Park Wind Farm has been listed on the Industry Capability Network (ICN) Gateway.
ICN is an independent business network providing an online tool to connect subcontractors and suppliers with projects. Work packages currently available to submit an EOI for are listed in the ‘Work Packages’ tab on our Project page.

Suppliers with an ABN are encouraged to register an Expression of Interest (EOI) against specific work packages. To submit an initial EOI for the work packages, companies must have an ICN Gateway company profile. A link to register your company on ICN Gateway is also on the Project page. As with the Tilt Renewables Goods & Services Register, expressions of interest made via ICN Gateway are made available to the balance of plant contractors.
