Tilt Renewables is currently undertaking several studies and surveys of the site to refine the design of the project. These include wind, cultural heritage and environmental surveys

Approvals

Environmental surveys of the proposed Nonowie Wind Farm site commenced in 2023 to identify land conditions and important features to be avoided and protected. The findings of these ongoing surveys, in addition to further technical assessments, will directly inform the ongoing design of the Project.

Next steps will involve further environmental and technical assessments to ensure the Project can comply with relevant environmental legislation. This design process will also include hold points to consult with key stakeholders and community. We will use this feedback to refine the Project where appropriate.

After completing our technical assessments and speaking with community about the Project design, we will submit a planning application for the Project.
