Construction timing

The Palmer Wind Farm will start construction in 2026.  

Tilt Renewables is constructing the Palmer Wind Farm with the following delivery partners: 

  • Turbine Supply and Install: Vestas 
  • Electrical and Civil Balance of Plant (including road upgrade works): BMD 
  • Grid Connection: ElectraNet 

Community engagement

We are hosting engagement in February 2026 to share construction plans and work through challenges and opportunities with the community. There will also be a ‘meet the contractor’ event where local businesses can meet our lead contractor BMD.
