Central Midlands Wind Farm
Tilt Renewables has acquired the Central Midlands Wind Farm project in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia.
The Central Midlands Wind Farm would contribute to Australia’s clean energy future whilst creating local jobs and providing support for community initiatives.
The project is located approximately 140km north of Perth, on the lands of the Yued people near Moora in Western Australia.
This development has a potential capacity of up to 1,100 MW, capable of generating enough clean energy for up to 650,000 homes.
The project team has undertaken investigations over several years to confirm the site’s suitability for a wind farm. The project remains subject to further development studies, assessment and approval before it can be constructed.
Ownership of the project transferred from Zeff Energy Pty Ltd to Tilt Renewables on 18th February 2026. We aim to make this change as smooth as possible for landholders and the broader community and will continue working with Zeff Energy as we transition the project’s ownership.
