In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1, Tilt Renewables Limited wishes to advise that DeionnCampbell has resigned from his role as GM Generation and Trading.
Deion has played an integral part in the establishment of the Tilt Renewables business following the demerger from Trustpower on 31 October 2016. Additionally, Deion made a substantial contribution over 15 years to the development of Trustpower’s wind development and generation business which is now owned and managed by Tilt Renewables.
We are disappointed to lose someone of Deion’s calibre and experience but we respect his desire to return to New Zealand and wish him well with his future endeavors.
Deion will continue to be fully employed with the business until 31 October 2017 and will then providenconsulting services to Tilt Renewables on special projects and assistance with the transition to new leadership of the Generation and Trading business of the Group.
