Tilt Renewables also notes Section 2 of the Scheme Booklet, which contains Key Dates for the scheme of arrangement, including indicative dates for the suspension of trading in Tilt Renewables' shares on the ASX and NZX.
Tilt Renewables advises that the indicative date and time for the Trading Halt Date is updated from "30 July 2021" to "27 July 2021".
